Strong C C++ Programming and debugging
Systems programming including system calls and kernel programming and debugging

Strong network programming with knowledge of the following
L2 L7 protocols: bridging and L2 (STP, PVST, RST)
L3 (IPv4, IPv6, L4 (TCP/UDP), HTTP, routing protocols(PIMv2, IGMP)/
Security knowledge of SSL & IPSec VPNs, and Authentication, Authorization, and Auditing (AAA).
Microsoft Windows programming technologies such as Win32, WMI, COM, ATL, Kernel APIs, WMI, MMC, SCOM/MOM
Windows protocols such as SMB (CIFS), MAPI, LCS, and Sharepoint
Windows Server 2003 features such as ISA, DFS, and Active Directory
Development on the Windows OS (Windows Server 2003, Longorn)
